The Old Workshop

The original Old Tin Shed was a working garage in Bradfield, West Berkshire that offered enough space for small classic car restoration and refurbishment. It was a clean and tidy workshop you could rent by the hour.

I closed the workshop in 2022 when I returned to corporate employment, and moved all the equipment to my home workshop in Sonning Common.

The Old Tin Shed was located on the Hewins Wood Farm estate in West Berkshire. The estate is meticulously maintained and provides a lovely working environment surrounded by a community of like minded small businesses.

I restored the shed in 2020 to provide myself and other classic car owners with a suitable space for their maintenance, refurbishment and storage needs.

The workshop was a working garage during the week, but could be hired by fellow classic car enthusiasts on weekends (and some weekdays by arrangement).

If you wanted a dry, clean and tidy space with a 2 post lift and all the equipment you might need to maintain and work on your classic, this was a great solution.
